How long is this program?

This is a 6-month 1:1 nutrition program. You will have weekly training unlocked in your back office, followed by weekly group coaching sessions to answer your questions. You will check in weekly with Lara, who will review your food logs and provide support and coaching. There is an initial call with Lara to review a custom-designed plan for you, addressing your hormonal imbalances and nutritional deficiencies based on intake forms, bloodwork, and hair tissue test results.

What happens when I sign up?

Once you choose a payment plan and sign up, you'll receive an email with all the details on what to do next. This includes instructions on how to log into a private site, which you can access through an app on your phone or computer. You’ll also learn how to book your initial intake call, what bloodwork to request from your doctor, and how to complete your intake form. If you have any questions, feel free to email us, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

 Is this a 1:1 or group program?

This is a custom-tailored live program providing a unique solution based on your individual results. Your macros will be calculated for you, and you will check in weekly with Lara to ensure you are on track and seeing results. There is also a supportive community to connect with, so you never feel alone. Outside of the initial intake call, all other calls are held in a group format. If you ever want to meet with Lara 1:1, you can do so at an additional cost.
